1) Is there a "right" way to use The Yearbook?

Yes and no is the honest answer. There is the way it was intended to be used, and the way that will work best for you right now. It's really a tool for you to use and to harness in that way. We also know that if you don't use it all .. e.g. never write in it, never read it, and forget you have it.. it probably won't be very useful to you.

So.. the first thing is you have to make a conscious choice to engage with it.
