FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) Is there a "right" way to use The Journal?

Yes and no is the honest answer. There is the way it was intended to be used, and the way that will work best for you right now. It's really a tool for you to use and to harness in that way.

We also know that if you don't use it all .. e.g. never write in it, never read it, and forget you have it.. it probably won't be very useful to you.

So.. the first thing is you have to make a conscious choice to engage with it regularly. Keep it with you and also a pen so you can write in it.

Have fun, you can't do it "wrong".
